Shipments are made with Recommended/Insured by Italian Post, within two business days of receiving the payment. When the order is shipped, the customer receives an email notification with the tracking code to track the shipment in real time.

Liability in Case of Loss or Theft of the Shipment
In the event of loss or theft of the shipped goods occurring during transport and not directly attributable to the seller, once all investigations with the appointed carrier have been completed without a successful outcome, the following dispute resolution procedure shall apply.
The economic value of the undelivered goods shall be shared equally between the seller and the buyer.
The buyer shall therefore be granted a store credit equal to 50% of the total order amount, to be used exclusively for future purchases on the website.
The store credit:

is not convertible into cash nor refundable in any other form

is not subject to expiration
This procedure is adopted as a fair and conciliatory solution, in compliance with Article 1227 of the Italian Civil Code and the provisions of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), taking into account the collectible nature of the goods sold and the inherent risks associated with transport services carried out by third parties.
Acceptance of the order implies full acceptance of these shipping conditions.
